The very first thing that needs to consider before arranging any event is the proper knowledge regarding the sports event tourism activity. As these sports are not such sports that can be denied by people who love visiting several events, the consultant also needs to organize such sports events that will attract the attention of the tourist and provide huge success to the event. From this entire study, it has been observed that sports event tourism activities have a significant role to play in tourism as well as national importance. It has been observed that whenever a sports tourism event is organised, different athletes from different parts of the world take part in those events, and they try their best to win the game. Such sports are also considered a center of tourism for those people who love to visit different places to enjoy nature as well as each aspect of this world. In this world, there are several people who love to visit those places where sports events are conducted, and being a consultant of the government; it is my responsibility that the consultant needs to gather necessary information regarding the process of organising sports event tourism activity and the consultant also does so during the entire process of preparing the event. From the event, the consultant gathered some knowledge and experience that was unknown to me before, and with all that knowledge and information, the consultant can successfully accomplish his responsibility of organising such an event. In this study, he expresses the knowledge that he has gathered from different sources regarding the sports event, and he also mentions the community where the event is planned. Not only is the community mentioned here, but it is explained in detail as a result of people being able to understand the reason behind choosing the community for the event plan. In this study, he also explains the objectives and aims behind the organization of this sport event tourism activity and choosing the community. Three objectives have been set for this event, and all the strategy solutions are also expressed in order to achieve those objectives. For the audience, a well elaborate explanation is also given in this study, following which the audiences can reach the event easily without any issue.
