Introduction - Practical Assessment In R Studio
The present work focuses on the Object Location Memory test more precisely on the impact of gender and trial on the performance of the participants. The factors in the dataset are gender, age, total time and, the trial specific scores ly T1ADI and T5ADI. The study aims at analyzing whether the scores in participants’ memory increases from trial 1 to trial 5 or not and whether male performers are superior to female ones at all the times. What direction detected will facilitate the comprehension of distinctions in spatial memory depending on the gender are all evaluated with the help of effective hypothesis centric analysis using R studio.

Mini Literature Review
According to the author Gostic et al.2020, it states that this study was conducted with the aim of describing the challenge of estimating the effective reproductive number Rt of COVID-19. The intent was to provide information on ways of obtaining near real-time estimate and the consequences. The two major concerns are exactly identifying the generation interval and reproducing infection time series. Consequently, an indication can be given that naive approaches to addressing the problem of observation delay could lead to an increase in bias. Recommendations for future studies include focusing efforts on the refinement of the estimation procedures as well as addressing technological considerations inherent in the estimation of R.
Methods
This paper focuses on the Object Location Memory experiment with a concern with gender as well as trial effects on the performer’s memory ability. The statistical analysis is carried out using R studio, containing descriptions statistics, normality tests, paired or independent t-tests as well as Wilcoxon tests for trials (da Silva & Moura, 2020). Boxplots help in determining differences in ADI scores in trials as well as gender differences in trials. On this method he gives insight to the aspect of cognitive dissimilarities under spatial memory improvement, emphasizing the increase and gender performances.
Results
Analysis of the rating data through descriptive statistics showed that while the mean ADI score rating of the participants increased in Trial 1 compared to that obtained in Trial 5, the latter mean value of the rating was considerably higher than the former. This was confirmed by the Shapiro-Wilk test which as indicated above showed normality in the distribution of the differences in mean ADI values in the two trials thus allowing for the use of the paired t-test.

It was further noted that there was an enhanced recall of the object location of the participants through a series of Trial 1, Trial 2, Trial 3, Trial 4 and Trial 5, but there was statistical significance (Kronthaler & Zöllner, 2021). Application of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test led to obtaining a p-value equal to 1. The mean ADI for Trial 1 was 0.The above tables depict that the SD of ADI for Trial 1 was 0 as well. 621 (SD = 0. 146), and the last Trial 5 had the mean of 1. 30 (SD = 1. 64).

The results analysed showed that regardless of the trial, the male and female individuals were equally affected (Nwanganga & Chapple, 2020). The Wilcoxon test for Trial 1 declared no significant difference on the basis of p-value that is equal to 0. 3459. In Trial 2, results of the independent t-test for the ADI indicated the mean values of 0. 0 for females and 849 male. 810 for men, with a p 0. 5172.

Discussion/Conclusion
The results demonstrate significant changes in object location memory from Trial 1 to Trial 5 thereby revealing enhanced learning with time. The analysis of descriptive statistics and paired t-tests showed that material effectiveness rating was higher and learning was effective as measured by ADI. These results underscore the necessity of investigation on the variables that exist in enhancing more cognitive functions between males and females, besides testing the impact of memory training programs. It is hereby recommended that other variables that might influence performance should be considered in future studies.
