The report is going to discuss the change management, tools and technique to implement this aspect and measures and actions to be avoided and accepted by the manager to make sure that the company is having higher operations in the market (Meng and Boyd, 2017). Change management is a term which is a method for the company to be able to make sure that the change in the business is taking place not just according to the market but also the clients of the company. There is a process which a business is going to have for them from a long run which needs to be improved with time so that they would be able to make sure that there are right actions and improvement that are taking place. There are a lot of futuristic goals which are set by businesses in the market so that they would be able to achieve them. Management programs are also initiated by the companies so that the changes will be able to take place. Changes get in a lot of revolt from the internal factors of the company like the employees will not have a good understanding of this factor which is a very essential factor for the company to have (Barrow, Annamaraju and Toney-Butler, 2017). For the changes to come in the company easily there are right improvements which are required by the company to have so that there is good working which is present. There is a set standard which the company is having for themselves and changes are made according to this aspect so that the company will be able to have higher functioning. Positioning has to be good of the company which is why the policies and procedures for changes must be followed by the company (AlManei Salonitis and Tsinopoulos, 2018).

Tools and techniques

Changes do not take place in a business without having any techniques and tools to implement them in the businesses (Cameron and Green, 2019). Companies have to make sure that they are using the right method to make sure that the changes are being adapted by all so that there is not going to be internal conflicts that are present. There has to be good adoption of good e-learning tools so that there is a good distribution so that there is going to be right working. Change maps have to be drawn as well to make sure that there are right actions and improvement that are present in the company which is going to be a good working (Kumar and Harris,2020). Flowchart and data collection has to be present so that the changes have to be taken in the company so that there are better standards which the organization is going to have for them. Different discipline has to be present in all the changes and management style will also change according to the importance of changes which the company has to undergo. Tools and technique is going to make sure utilization so that there is going to be better functioning and a better sense of direction is also going to be present. Understanding of the employees has to be present which is going to make sure that changes are taking place according to them as well so that there is a good support for the changes to take place. Manager must avoid

Manager has to avoid any risk which is being taken in the company for the internal workforce to revolt to the decisions which are being taken. Communication has to be strong and any misunderstanding or lack of information shared must be avoided so that there is going to be better functioning. Cultural differences have to be avoided by the manager so that there is going to be higher operations and working which is going to be present. Without planning the manager must not take any actions otherwise there are going to be higher functioning and working so that there. It is very important for the company to have the right working and functioning that is going to be there. Managers embrace

Specific recommendations for this factor is that the managers have to make sure that there are no right methods and working which is going to be there. Vision and objectives of the company has to be well shared with everyone so that there is going to be right working and performance that is present. Significance has to be present which is going to make sure that there is good employment and working which is going to be present. Department wise there has to be right working and performance that has to exist so that there is good working and helping of the employees that is going to be there. Managers have to make sure that there has to be good internal working and performance which the company must have and good understanding of this factor has to be present.

From the above report it can be concluded that changes are very essential for the company to have but for that there has to be good working and planning which has to be present. Managers have a great role and responsibility as well which they have to pay in the working of the organization for the changes to be implemented in the company easily. The organization has to be making sure that they are taking the right actions and improvement is being done well. Right techniques and tools have to use by the organization to make sure that they are having good changes and working which is going to be present which the company can have for the long run.
