With the rising demand for aerial devices for various purposes, many research and developments projects for unmanned aerial vehicles have been started. These devices have the capabilities to carry out various military and other civilian operations, such as border patrolling& surveillance, collecting temperature and weather data, measuring humidity, and sensing the presence of toxic gas, and many more. The overall purpose of this project is to invent an aerial robot armed with different low-cost sensors like humidity sensor, temperature sensor, andgas detector. The device will be able to fly without a human's direct control. The overall business idea is based on the development of aerial robot device designed on ZIGBEE microcontroller as an interface (Sahal &Sharma). The major features of the device are a humidity sensor, temperature sensor, VGA camera, and humidity sensor. The device could be able to fly up to the range of 2 to 4 feet above the ground. The overall time needed to launch the product in the market is 14 months and the cost incurred in the process will be approximately $500,000
The project’s success would be decided by the performance indicators and success factors. The performance indicators are characterized by the product’s ability to align with the project goals (Serrador& Pinto, 2015). These can be tested by project’s ability to assist the firm to achieve an increment in the market share by at least 3% and profit margin by at least 2%. For this purpose, the product saleshould be able to outrun its overall cost of development. The overall budget of the project is $500,000AUD. The cost of each aerial device is $6000 AUD. In the first stage, 300 units will be produced by the company. A minimum of 50% sale is anticipated. Therefore, the revenue generated by selling 150 units is $900,000 AUD. The company will be able to generate the profit of $1.8 million AUD.
Since the project is developing a technological model, the requirement of which will be continuously changing. Therefore, there is a need for project management model which is iterative and grows with time. For that purpose, the interactive and incremental project managementhas been chosen. It will help in dealing with the ever-changing technology and scope of the project (Kerzner& Kerzner, 2017). The development of the aerial robot is quite dynamic and require extreme agile project management. The project cannot be completed in a go and need repetitive action to be performed. This approach would help the team members to keep a regular check on problems associated with the problems and make changes in the constantly evolving system.
The overall aerial robot development project has been bifurcated into four stages. The first stage is collecting requirement. This includes business and project requirements, functional requirements, acceptance and permissions, quality requirements, etc. The next stage is scope definition, wherein project deliverables, constraints, and assumptions would be focused. This would result in project scope description, design acceptance criteria, deliverables, and exclusion of the project. The next is scope control, wherein the prototype testing, product controlling and monitoring, preventive actions, etc., are performed. The final stage is documentation which includes copyright, ISO9001 certification, and other quality assurances are done.

Internal Failure: This may occur due to poor communication between team members, workers, and supervisors. In addition, improper utilization of machines that results in wastage of time may also cause internal failure and a huge loss.
External Failure: This may occur due to faulty products as a consequence of which time wasted in repairing them may cause huge loss. Sometimes a company has to recall all of its products.
Preventions: To prevent the quality degradation, complete quality plans are required that may eat up some part of the budget. In addition, training of employees may also consume some funds.
Appraisal: There is some kind of audit that is required to be carried out. This may cost some fund to the company and testing and calibration of the equipment regularly also require some funds.
What is important to the stakeholder?
How could the stakeholder block the project?
Strategy for engaging the stakeholder
Customer (Armed Forces, weather department)
They are the ultimate boss of the project.
The revenue and sales depend on them.
Developing products according to their needs.
They provide the necessary material to develop the product.
They can disrupt the supply chain of the company
Keeping their demands fulfilled and making supply constant throughout the project
They will provide the necessary funds to initiate the project
If they stop paying, the supply chain will be disturbed and the project may get closed.
Providing information about their investment and how they will get the benefits.
They develop the product based on their expertise and knowledge
They can deny producing the product and stop the project.
Providing them incentives, recognition, and job satisfaction
A good knowledge of stakeholders is important as this would help in assessing their importance and impact on the project (Missonier& Loufrani-Fedida, 2014). The above-provided table is illustrating the types of stakeholders that are associated with the development project of the aerial robot based on ZIGBEE microcontroller. It explained the importance and significance of customers, investors, product development team, and suppliers for the project. In addition to this, it also explained the strategy to make them engaged with the project.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. That’s why we like to regularly check in with our customers and ask them how we’re doing. Here’s what some of our customers say about our work.
Thanks guys for delivering my work on time. I was extremely worried about late submission as I just had four days on hand. They really worked wonders, I’m very much impressed with their services, especially the fastest order delivery.
The moment I saw the work done, my joy knew no bounds. It was excellently written and all the instructions were taken care of well. Thank you so much guys for helping me to submit a good assignment to my professor. I’m hoping to score better grades this time.
I was not very sure about their services at first, but after seeing the work samples written by their writers, I was convinced enough to hire them because of their quality of work. I got my order well in time, and it was written nicely. Thanks to their entire team that proved to be a great help throughout. Keep up the good work guys!
I must say that they have an extraordinary team of writers. Give them any topic of IT, and they will do complete justice with it. My assignment was well researched and had no presence of plagiarised content. I’m very much impressed with the work done.
I found them very genuine as they delivered me exactly what they’d promised. The assignment was well-written and met all the requirements shared by me. Thank you so much, I will surely recommend you to my classmates.
The prices they charge are affordable and quality is also good. I have been taking their services for quite a long time, and always score better than my expectations. Now I no longer live in the fear of assignment rejections. Credit goes to you guys.
