Bureaucracy refers to the process of working in the organization with the proper management and a systematic process of working. Bureaucracy is used for the first time at the end of 19th century. It is used for the first time by the German Sociologist and author in 1905. On the other hand the scientific management was first discovered and used in 1909 (Schachter, 2018).The problems with this are that it takes a long time and needs careful work on the process of gathering precise information about workplace developments. This is necessary for the company to ensure that they are following the market's operating procedure.

Scientific management is a new notion that incorporates the concepts of applying standardised and training methods to improve workplace productivity. The problems with scientificmanagement are that it not only costs them a lot of money, but it also causes unemployment (Mouzelis, 2017).The management gap is comparable for both, since they both require good trust and process to overcome the challenges, they are experiencing in management in order to get better results.

Principle of bureaucracy and Scientific management

The concept of bureaucracy is to pay more attention to a company's framework in order to be more relevant in the process and to ensure that the company provides a conducive working environment for employees to improve their performance. It aids in achieving a better result for the firm in the workplace. Workers with high salary are more motivated and have a stronger interaction with growth of employee and employer.

For example, Tesco use the principle of bureaucracy in their workplace to provide the right structure (du Gay and Pedersen, 2020).

Difference and common area

The bureaucracy, on the other hand, works on the development of results with a better structure in the workplace so that the working plays improve with better results. Scientific management works on the operator efficiency and development of improved performance of employees by raising their compensation. The bureaucracy offers an efficient workplace for employees, and scientific management strives to improve that structure in order to improve employee performance and the production of better work (Zink, 2017). For example, working on the training and development in any organization comes under scientific management.

Era and future

The present era is one in which bureaucracy with scientific management assists in the creation of better workplace outcomes for individuals working in businesses, and the future is one in which they aid in the development of better workplace outcomes for persons working in businesses. This leads to the company's growth and, as a result, to improved employee performance. The business focuses on frameworks in order for employees to get motivation and improve employee performance through increased workplace productivity. For example, one critique of bureaucracy with scientific management is that it leads to an excessive number of regulations and other paperwork. Firms must establish and regulate this requirement. The scientific management complaint is that although salaries are not rising, product prices are rising, lowering employee motivation.
