On the other hand the scientific management was first discovered and used in 1909 (Schachter, 2018).The problems with this are that it takes a long time and needs careful work on the process of gathering precise information about workplace developments. This is necessary for the company to ensure that they are following the market's operating procedure.
Scientific management is a new notion that incorporates the concepts of applying standardised and training methods to improve workplace productivity.The problems with scientificmanagement are that it not only costs them a lot of money, but it also causes unemployment (Mouzelis, 2017).The management gap is comparable for both, since they both require good trust and process to overcome the challenges, they are experiencing in management in order to get better results.
