A brief knowledge about poor health also can be gathered, which is much helpful to understand the entire concept of it effectively.

From the entire study, it can be concluded that in every individual's life, health and well-being, along with no presence on health inequalities and poor health, are much more important to grow and improve the lifestyle effectively. Also, the development of health and well-being factors for reducing the chance of health inequalities and poor health is also needed badly to maintain a healthy lifestyle in a truthful manner. Lastly, it can be stated that in every person's life, better health and well-being can transform the entire lifestyle of that person as well as make the person more presentable towards the society and community, which is much necessary for a healthy lifestyle effectively.
