Further, I learned that I am good problem-solver. I can solve any kind of problem even complex one without any stress. I analyse the root causes of problem and while finding solutions, I considers all aspects. Time management is also my strong skills that helped a lot me in completing my academic projects. I always make time table where I divide tasks that helps me to complete essential tasks first.

Weaknesses: I have found that I need to work on improving my communication ability as sometimes I felt nervous while talking to others. I am also unable to share my opinions in a more confident way. Additionally, I am quite weak in decision-making and I am not able to make good decisions for me and others. I want develop technical skills and become advance in it to stay competitive in job market.

Opportunities: There are many online courses and e-learning creates opportunity for me to improve my skills (Puyt, Lie and Wilderom, 2023). Technological platform will give me chance to perform my work in a more effective way. I am creative and have good knowledge about the interior industry which can be helpful to get the desired job.

Threats: Regularly increasing competition between potential candidates is the biggest threat for me which may affect my chances for the job. Economic crisis may lead to layoffs which can increase unemployment rate and prevent me to get high pay level job. My weak communication skills can create difficulties for me while I doing my work.

Reflection on improving skills by using module

In order to reflect experience and learning I have used gibbs reflective model or cycle, This is highly effective which helps in analysing good and bad experiences in the best possible way (Bassot, 2024). Module helped me a lot to enhance my employability skills, knowledge and competencies. I have performed several activities in the module and work with other members. In one activity, I participated in the group task where I and my team members had to research on the specific topic. I put my full efforts so that I can solve task accurately. I analysed the problem and its root causes and then I searched different solutions by using internet. After that I evaluated the all solutions and choose most appropriate solution to the problem. This team task helped me to enhance my problem-solving and decision-making skill. Further, I participated in the mock interview in module which allowed me to communicate with the others. The interview session facilitated me to become better communicator (Antoniadou and Kanellopoulou, 2024). My effective communication skill will definitely help me to give best interviews when I apply for job in the company. It will help me to convince the employer to select me for job over other candidates. In module activity, when I had to do multiple tasks, I effectively managed the time by dividing work in small sections. I also used different Google to search topic and different tools to complete my work which helped to improve technical skills.

Next steps

I will utilise skills and knowledge which I gained from module to do different projects and assignments. I achieved enough confidence which will help me to work in team well even I can lead a team in effective way. I can communicate with the people and convey information and ideas in better ways so that other people can easily understand the purpose behind message. I will regularly participate in educational activities and also help other people to carry out the tasks efficiently. From module I have learned that communication is important for person who want to get desired job in interested field. It facilitates to carry out work in better way, negotiate the deals with the clients and increases the chances of success in professional life (Ge and Wang, 2021). Because of this module, I became capable enough to lead interior design related project. At starting, I will do small projects to get practical knowledge. Additionally, I learned about the behaviourism learning theory which focuses on how individuals learn from interactions with environment. The theory will help me in my future workplace to manage the behaviour of the other people when I lead interior designing team. Further, I believe in continuous improvement, so I will focus on different ways to gain advance level skills to become successful interior designer. I will use e-learning platform and join classes on regular basis to learn more about technology such computer-aided design, Photoshop, 3D interior design tools etc.
