With the experience during the module on Business and Tourism Management, I learnt that when good researching skills are present then the learning can be improved. Thus, it is necessary that for effective learning, compliance with the proper research skills is made. In case I possess good research skills then I will be in a position to conduct any of the research studies well. Hence, this module assisted me in developing good research skills and this will further assist me in having success in future (Wolters and Brady, 2021). For instance, if I do a job after my studies then the researching skills will help me in evaluating the major changes taking place and try to implement all the related changes easily. With the evaluation of the module I analysed that doing work on time is very necessary as it helps me in developing my academic career. Hence, it is very necessary for me to accomplish all the work on time so that overall working can be improved. In case the work will not be managed on time then the overall working efficiency will be decline and it will be affecting the overall working capability of me as a professional. The time management skill is very important within the academic career. It is necessary because when all the work will be accomplished on time then it will be beneficial for me to secure good grades (Rodríguez-Sánchez et al, 2020). When I will secure good grade then automatically it will help me in getting better opportunities in future as well. The time management skill is good in me but then also there is requirement of some hard work. For improving my time management skill, I further need to work on my prioritisation skill. This is particularly because of the reason that when there are too many task to be done on the same deadline then I am little confused that which work needs to be done first (Rayna and Striukova, 2021). For improving this I need to learn how to prioritise each and every task according to their requirement and need. This will help me in accomplishing all the task having the same deadline.

In case person is not having complete knowledge then it will be affecting their academic career. The above study highlighted that the three skills mentioned that is research skill, note taking and effective time management is very necessary for the person to have during the academic career. These skills are very necessary in the professional career as well so when it will be developed in academic career effectively then automatically it will assist in leading a good professional life. While completing the current module based on business and tourism management degree the use of all the three skill was very assistive for me in a completing the degree well.
