Referring to the Gibbs learning cycle, during the completion of the group assignment I evaluated that I have several skills and competencies that work as a strength for me. I analyzed that I have good communication skill, an ability to effectively convey the information and message according to the understanding of the listener. During group project I used communication skill to furnish guidance to the team members regarding completion of the project such as purpose of the project, role and responsibility of each team member and so more. This skill helps me to smoothly complete the assignment as all members well known about their duties and role.
Further, I analyzed that my research skills are quite effective (Aslan, 2021). It allows me to search information regarding to the topic of the assignment and use it effective manner. During the searching of the topic, I used different authentic and official sites that contain copyright. This aids me to make the assignment more informative and accurate. Also I use content that published after the year 2020 to make the project more reliable. The research skill help me to gain new knowledge and in different subject matter (Serrelli, 2023). In addition, during the academic year while completing the project I assessed that my problem-solving skill are proficient. At that time I use my problem –solving skill and brainstorm and strive to find solution of it. As a solution of this problem I used keywords to search the topic as a result get various officials.
Good leadership skill of mines aids me to lead, manage and motivate the team in effective and efficient manner. During the project, a conflict occurs between the team members as each individual has an own opinion. At that time I use my leadership skill and tries to convince each team member to understand each other point of view. Thus leading and managing the team in efficient manner aids in completion of project on time. Moreover, writing skills of mine assists me to clearly state my ideas while using the correct language, grammar and formation of sentences at the time of paraphrasing.

Academic skills used to prevent academic misconduct
To prevent the academic misconduct and avoid misrepresentation I use my research skills to conduct the research in appropriate manner and make searching for accurate and reliable information. Considering this, I avoid using sites such as Investopedia and Wikipedia as this are not able to provide clear information. Misinterpretation of academic misconduct avoids with the help of good research skill. Further, plagiarism is an academic misconduct includes using ideas and thoughts of others and passing them as your own. It consists taking credit for the ideas of other without appropriately citing them.
In regards to avoid plagiarism in the assignment, I used paraphrasing skill to restate others thoughts and ideas in my own words in simpler form to make the meaning more clear (Hasanah and Fatimah, 2020). For this first I read the paragraph, understand it and after write it in my own language. Then I compare it what I read and what I write. Also, I used referencing skill to clearly and properly cite the reference where I found information. I gave respect and acknowledge the work of others by clearly referenced it. For the purpose of referencing I used different styles of the reference such as Harvard, APA, Oxford, IEEE and so more. The clear reference aids in make the assignment more accurate and effective for academic integrity. For example, I used to quote the words from the books, websites and article that are useful and cite the original author with correct reference while following the correct referencing style.
To avoid the academic misconduct regarding purchasing the assignments from the others, I used my academic skills of research as well as writing to make the project on time. The misconduct include writing the assignment from others in exchange of money and not. I used my research skills to search for content, makes notes of important information and use writing skill to clearly write the search information in the systematic and structured manner (Handayani and Aminatun, 2020). I used clear language, correct sentence formation and use of grammar to make the assignment more informative and understandable so that I able to get good marks. I used my problem-solving skills to get solutions of problem that occurs during completion of the project.
Self-plagiarism is another academic misconduct occur because of presenting the same piece of work for more than one course. It means individual not able to use last year project for current course even if there is same topic of assignment. To prevent this kind of misconduct, I use my leadership and communication skill to convey the group members that it is not ethical to use previous work. As a result I prepare a new assignment, leads to enhance my area of knowledge as well as aids in sharpen my research, writing and referencing skills more.
