Among clients as well as among controllers and strategy producers, ecological elements are rapidly acquiring prevalence. The strategy plans to give all workers the fundamental open door and preparation so they can complete their assignments all the more effectively and productively. P4 Analyzing the constrains and benefits of external and internal impacts on system and process

Constrains refers to those things that restricts systems from meeting their objectives. There are mainly two types of constrains including internal and external constrains. External constrains includes materials and market. On the other hand internal constrains includes policy, equipment and people. The constrains are as follows-

M2: Critical analysis of the impact of wider external and internal environment

Financial resources result in greater impacts on the business system. The business system of Doha metro Rail Corporation includes technological equipment and measures that need financial resources. The financial resources strengthen the internal process of the organization. Hence, the resource is considered to reflect a positive impact on the internal environment of the organization (Amerio, 2020). Culture represents the internal environment of the organization. Doha Metro Rail Company consists of employees from diverse cultures. This may impact the company on a positive and negative basis. With a diverse culture, there may be issues of cultural diversity among employees. On the other hand, proper policies and cultural diversity programs may result in positive communication and relationships among employees and workers. Employees are considered to be one of the components of the internal environment (Nikolis et al., 2020). With proper training of employees and workers the organization can increase its productivity and accelerate project development in the country. A lack of knowledge and information may result in an incorrect operational process in the organization. Employees refer to catalysts in the organization that accelerates the business process of the corporation.

The exchange of relations in a political environment is a factor that is considered to be an external environment. This factor has a positive impact on the business system of the Doha Metro rail company. The exchange of relations results in positive consequences and outputs leading to effectiveness in the business system of the corporation (Nikolis et al., 2020). The efficiency of labor forces is increasing in Qatar which will impact the business system of the organization positively. With the expansion of labor forces the organization can increase employee range in the organization thus impacting the productivity rate (Konstantis and Massinas, 2020). The percentage of migrant workers in Qatar comprises 94% which depicts the social environment of the country on the business system of the organization.

D1: Evaluation of internal and external factors

The internal factors that influence the business system of Doha Metro Rail Company included the organizational culture. The culture of the organization is one of the factors that result in positive as well as negative impacts on the organization. Qatar consists of migrant workers more than workers from the local population. This results in cultural diversity in the workplace. Cultural diversity has different impacts based on the measures that are implemented by the organization (Friesen and Ringel, 2022). Employees and financial resources are other internal factors that impact the business system of the organization. Strong finances and skilled employees result in beneficial results and productivity which leads to positive impacts for the business.

On the other hand, political, social, and economic are the external factors that may have a positive and negative impact on the business system of the organization. Technological factors result in positive impacts on the organization as the country has adopted innovative and advanced technologies that can be used for distinct purposes in the organization (AlSuwaidi and Furlan, 2018). Approximately 99% of individuals in the country use social media and different technologies for daily operational uses. This will result in a positive impact on the organization. In terms of environmental factors, the Doha Metro rail corporation will have fewer impacts as pollution is one of the concerns that will merely affect the metro rail system in the country.

Technology innovation allows the organization to develop the skills of the employees through the assistance of technological equipment. Developing the skills of employees will result in a better productivity rate through which the organization will be able to meet the needs and requirements of the customers thus creating a sustainable organizational performance (Salaheldin, 2021). Learning and development activities in the business result in the satisfaction of the employees thus creating self-awareness which leads to sustainable organizational performance.

LO3: Analytical tools and techniques for the business system

P5: Applying a range of techniques in testing and improving the efficiency of the business system

Boosting the value of Doha Metro Rail Company may be possible by increasing the effectiveness of business processes. The organization becomes more complicated as it expands and develops, and more individuals are involved in day-to-day activities. Additionally, because data is divided up among several platforms, consumer and purchase expectations may vary significantly. In other words, the processes grow intricate, challenging, and unpredictable to regulate, increasing the business's risks and expenses.

The business processes need to be assessed and improved to continue growing, improve the margin, and create a scalable organization (Al Naimi et al., 2020). Although there are several methods and approaches available for evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of business systems, a balanced scorecard tool has been utilized in this research. A balancing scorecard for Doha Metro rail company's efforts to enhance its business processes is shown in the table below:

By incorporating better strategic planning, an improved communication strategy, and improved execution, the organization may increase the effectiveness of its business processes (Lari, 2021). Analysis of the different factors aids in bettering the alignment of operations and initiatives, which in turn ensures that organizational systems are intensely focused on achieving various strategic goals. Additionally, the balanced scorecard aids in better information management (Kartal, 2018). It ensures that the organization only assesses the critical variables that aid in improving decisions for achieving organizational objectives. Additionally, the BSC strategy promotes improved organizational alignment and procedures.

M3: Assessing the effectiveness of the techniques for the business system

Doha Metro Rail Company may create key presentation pointers for all of its planned purposes using the “balanced scorecard methodology”. This warranties that trades are gauging the essential areas of the business. The BSC approach gives statistics-driven understanding and high-value administration evidence to support the resolution-creation of the corporation. A collection of performance measurements on four distinct performance perspectives: monetary, client, interior processes, and knowledge and development have been systematized to form the foundation of the BSC's organizational structure (Balaji et al., 2021). The stability between small-period and extended-period goals intended consequences and presentation factors that influence those results, and unbiased pointers (often of a financial type) and more personal but measurable pointers is facilitated by these four viewpoints.

The indicators used to implement BSC convey corporate goals and are thus in line with a predetermined strategy. BSC directs managers' attention since, for a certain strategy, it offers visibility into the company's posture from each viewpoint and, for each of them, determines what metrics and indicators are essential for organizational performance. This is one of the effectiveness of the balanced scorecard system for the Doha Metro rail organization. The ability to clearly articulate the strategy into observable objectives and metrics (strategic maps) and the capacity to connect strategy to management systems are two factors that determine the efficacy of the balanced scorecard methodology in implementing strategy (scorecards). The result of the technique is a successful alignment of all organizational systems, processes, and units with company strategy (Syahdan et al., 2018). The balanced scorecard strategy assists in translating and articulating vision and strategy throughout the whole business based on pertinent and understandable information. It encourages agreement throughout the whole business and urges senior administration to convey its visualization through effective ideas and depictions to those who will carry it out. Encouraging agreements in the business system is another effectiveness of the balanced scorecard strategy for Doha Metro Rail Corporation.

The Balanced scorecard strategy also offers guidance on how Doha metro rail corporation pursues the goals of its numerous stakeholders. To achieve this and to ensure that individual performance is in line with organizational strategy, the BSC's development process should guarantee that it has been properly advertised and that its users have received the training necessary to use it, that departmental and specific purposes and pointers have been definite and are in line with tactical purposes, and that the remuneration system has been connected to the BSC's presentation pointers (Quesado et al., 2018). The balanced scorecard technique includes goals and objectives for the training and development of employees. With proper training and development of employees and workers, the organization can create an effective and productive environment for the organization.

LO4: Recommendation for existing business system

P6: Justified recommendation for improving the business system

The efficacy of a certain firm is related to organizational efficiency, but an organization should also prioritize service quality. Utilizing the appropriate instrument and tactics for achieving organizational goals is the key to increasing organizational efficiency (Gruss, 2018). Doha Metro rail company is advised to take the following actions to improve its current business processes to increase organizational performance and quality:

The human resources team contributes to organizational effectiveness by developing fresh, more effective business plans. Because Doha Metro rail company's human resource specialists play a significant part in hiring new employees and influence the organization's goals in addition to this. They assist in finding the most qualified candidates for a variety of new opportunities within the Doha Metro rail company.

Concentrating on developing and growing professionally

Active measures are required for effective leadership while dealing with diverse people and groups. Before creating an achievement proposal to improve the effectiveness of the corporation developments, an efficient leader must be able to distinguish the various assets and flaws of certain personnel (Hoerl and Snee, 2020).

Concentrating on their clients

Evaluation of the needs and interests of their clients improves organizational efficiency. Similar to the structural effectiveness of the organization, quality management is an essential component. For instance, there is a good likelihood that the consumer would hunt for alternatives to meet their needs if a worker does not deliver excellent service or products.

Developing high-quality goods and services

Although clients are crucial to an organization's performance, the corporation must also acknowledge the appropriate degree of product and service quality that they offer. Focusing on a balance between quality and some cost-effective alternatives is how to improve quality.

The usage of technology

To improve an organization's efficiency, technology is essential. Doha Metro rail company has to use a variety of technical devices and equipment to improve business operations (Kusherbaeva and Zhou, 2020). The use of new and cutting-edge technology makes it easier to achieve organizational goals and improve consumer satisfaction.

M4: Evaluation of the organizations existing data

The “Qatar Rail standards” comprised BIM-detailed conditions for the level of the element of each enterprise period, the demonstrating matters and the precision of the demonstrating evidence, the workflows, the contribution statistics, the BIM application procedure, and the model proposal criteria. The BIM methodology and the associated documentation have been established throughout the whole project life cycle following these requirements (Becker, 2019). This assisted as the underpinning for generating a suitable process that would safeguard the maximum levels of excellence. The Guidelines specify the project's phased timeline and divide the project's life cycle into the following four design stages. Doha Metro Rail Corporation also included 3D modeling as an existing data infrastructure in the organization.

The building process was eased from the design stage onward and the difficulty of the built-up, and as a result, the period and prices were abridged. This was made conceivable by the project control using parametric fundamentals that were readily repeatable. Through enduring checking of what is being established, imagining and informing the enterprise features, and assimilating various apparatuses, the BIM enables announcement and permits the management of all the elements, constantly occupied toward the final enterprise consistency (Kumar, 2022). Compared to the conventional design approach, the BIM is an organized practice that, via the implementation of information in each design step, permitted efficiency and adequacy and gave high and common quality standards. The existing data structure of Doha metro Rail corporation also includes Finite Element Method Software (FEM) which is used to construct the structural 3D models derived from the BIM models to investigate the masses formation on the locations under provisional and perpetual situations. Building Automation and control experience is also a part of the existing infrastructure of the organization. The use of technological elements in the data structure can involve ERP software such as SAP for monitoring and updating records of technological processes and organization in Doha Metro Rail corporation. ERP systems such as SAP can help the organization update and monitor the records of the technological infrastructure.

Information sharing and training of employees with the use of effective and innovative technologies is one of the ways through which the organization can improve sustainable business performance. On the other hand, using AI and big data results in increasing the efficiency of the employees and workers in the organization. Developing a collectivist approach among workers and employees helps in creating a productive environment in the organization. This helps in delivering tasks timely (Gorgulu et al., 2020). Cloud computing and monitoring of data is one of the ways that can be incorporated into the organization to handle the existing data infrastructure.

D2: Critical analysis of the strategy of the business system

The business system strategy of the organization includes setting objectives, segregating the task, identifying improvements, and testing the techniques and methods before applying them to practical areas. However, the business system strategy needs to be monitored and evaluated while applied in the organization. This is one of the strategies that result in positive results for the organization (Jukka, 2021). On the other hand, the business system strategy may also lead to negative consequences if employees and workers are not trained adequately in the organization. The primary objective of the organization's business system strategy is to focus on the customers. In focusing on the customers the organization needs to implement technologies that provide ease to the customers while traveling and boarding the metro. However, weak technologies may result in weak operations and dissatisfaction among consumers. Doha Metro Rail corporation can use AI-based technologies for decreasing the efforts of the customers. The use of AI can also help the organization with the segregation and testing of the operational process and methods. BIM is a part of the business system strategy for Doha Metro Rail Company (Buckley, 2021). On the other hand, using BIM without proper monitoring may result in inappropriate results for the organization. Therefore, the organization can implement a separate team for monitoring the usage of BIM technology in the infrastructure of the organization. The system efficiency can also be improved with the help of enacting innovative technologies and measures in the learning and growth of the employees and workers. An audit is one of the recommended measures for increasing system efficiency in the organization.

The organization can eliminate the practices and processes that are no longer effective by routinely auditing them. It will also assist in enhancing those who are currently employed but may be more effective. On the other hand, employees may find it difficult to be given a routine they must follow every day without being able to offer feedback on how successful it is or where it may be improved (St-Hilaire and Boisselier, 2018). Operational effectiveness greatly depends on the ease with which relevant papers can be located. Finding the most recent version of any specified document, such as a contract, design, or specification can increase the system efficiency of the organization.

Conclusion

The impact of various business systems on organizational performance has been assessed in this paper. Additionally, the paper has examined both internal and external elements that affect Doha Metro rail company's business systems and procedures. Additionally, a balanced scorecard tool has been utilized to assess the critical components linked to the business systems and suggest some actions to boost their organizational effectiveness. However, these factors contribute to a positive impact on the business. Technology has contributed significantly to the development of the organization. It has also been recommended to use ERP software and systems for enhancing the technological development in the organization. The BIM technology can be aligned with ERP systems to gather a significant impact on the data analysis structure of the organization. The present report also examined how well business systems performed at various levels of execution, dissected the internal and external factors that affect cycles and structures, and then applied a variety of cogent tools and methodologies to business systems.
