It is recommended that the organization should also focus on product design rather than only innovation and technology. It needs the implementation of innovation in the designing of the components. It is important to align the fact that the technology is never-ending and being a single-player is never enough to capture the entire technology. The organization should move towards effective strategic collaborations. It can help the brand to reach better globalization platforms that may help it to grow with the new culture (Lattemann et al. 2020). The digital acceptance of the organization should be increased by the implementation of diversification in their innovation process. It is also recommended that Huawei should provide attention to the durability of their products. In order to make their products affordable, they are not able to implement much on the durability aspect.
