(2020), three types of sampling processes are available in methodological processes in research, such as cluster sampling, random sampling and white box sampling. In this research, secondary quantitative methods have been used to ensure data reliability. Thus, the random sampling has been contemplated as the most effective and appropriate process for collecting data. In the current research, the number of data will be high, thus, it will result in high confusion about the decision making in hypothesis.

3.8 Ethical Issue:

From the collection of data, certain strategies are useful for research ethics which are hard to maintain and profit sometimes diversified into the competitors. Ethical consideration is essential and that sometimes not been concluded by the research topic and that does not maintain the social responsibility. Moreover, communication gaps are major difficulties in the research and future researchers cannot understand the research topic (Yu et al. 2020). Efficient skills and knowledge are required to enhance profitability level and sometimes researchers are efficiently connected with the future research. Determining new and innovative strategies are required to improve skills and knowledge of future researchers.

Poor leadership skills, toxic workplace structures as well as conflict-oriented goals and objectives are considered as major ethical issues. Identifying the ethical issues are important to improve knowledge of future researchers. Health maximisation techniques are mandatory to improve long term benefits of the organisation (Abd Hamid et al. 2019).
