The purpose and aim are to boost the confidence of the people by creating a sense of urgency through a significant transition. As opined by Oyibo et al., (2019), reliance on mobile technology is huge and this application is creating a break in the limitation of space and time. IVR system has been utilised in the application where the voice command can help the older people to familiarise themselves with the application. Since the application is made for all generations, the interface design is made easy and feasible so that the old people can use this with the help of the IVR system. The assistance of the young people is required in this to input the credentials of the old people through which the voice commands can work properly.
