Typically collected previously to examine the results of previous research questions. Additionally, qualitative data is theoretical and detailed results obtained through observation, surveys, and interviewing. Among the most beneficial characteristics of this set of information is that it allows for the usefulness of optimizing utility.

In addition to that, it is also quick and relatively inexpensive to acquire data. Chapter 4

Workers, or the workforce, are one of the most significant components of the hotel and tourist industry, and they play a critical role in giving the ability to survive in this competitive business climate. The “long-term success” of any corporate organisation is highly dependent on its culture, as it has a substantial influence on employee dedication, and also employee engagement. Because of the limits enforced during the outbreak, Hotel chains have had to throw off much of their human capital. According to reports, Hilton hotels have laid off 22% of their corporate human resource or approximately 2,100 people. It may be concluded that the Hilton Hotel is experiencing several challenges related to employee satisfaction (Tan, 2022). However, the hotel is putting forth significant effort to fix such difficulties effectively and efficiently. The preponderance of Hilton Hotels adheres to the same high-quality standards as other Hilton Hotels around the world.

Furthermore, a happy work environment is a key factor in deciding the inputs that a person makes, which in turn impacts the long-term profitability of the individual company. In the case of Hilton hotels, it has been discovered that the management takes a very cautious approach to create an effective and productive workplace for the employees by providing all of the required items to keep them safe at work from the virus. The company has taken necessary precautions to ensure that its personnel are proficient in modern technological techniques by providing regular training sessions. It enables the employee to operate the equipment more successfully to complete the prescribed task. As a result, people are inspired to work, and obtaining proper credit for their dedicated efforts for the organization increases their motivation.

Furthermore, the Hilton Hotels management provides additional compensation as an incentive to staff for their extra efforts and contributions to the company. However, these added prizes and recognition encourage people to work more enthusiastically, which boosts employee morale and motivates them to do their best. In addition, the concerned organization concentrated on improving teamwork to boast about ultimate organizational success and great profitability (Bridger, 2022).

Chapter 5

Conclusion

In summing up, the above discussion shows that an organization’s environment has a significant impact on employee performance since it provides a sense of fulfilment. Covid-19 appears to have affected most businesses, with the hotel and tourism industries bearing the brunt of the virus’s effects. Furthermore, this allows them to maximise their productivity while also contributing to the organization’s improvement. However, all of the research’s objectives have been met, indicating that employee participation is a favourable quality for Hilton hotels that aids in organisational effectiveness and economically enhances both individuals and the organization.
