The project plan of the event includes the planning of the different activities, operations and tasks which need to be done for the event management. The scope of this project is to raise funds in a one day charity event. However, the project plan has also identified certain risks and issues of event management. To mitigate and reduce the threat of the risk, the project has also included an action plan.
