Back in my university days in London, I was known for challenging ideas, questioning systems and pushing projects in my own direction. That bold streak didn't hold me back; eventually, it sharpened my understanding of how real leadership and strategy work. It's the reason I pursued my PhD and why I've spent the last seven years helping students tackle tough academic tasks and boost confidence.
