Most people expect a management expert to follow every rule, but my path was never the predictable one. It's not like I'll not follow the guidelines, I'll respectfully do it, but in my own style. Back in my university days in London, I was known for challenging ideas, questioning systems and pushing projects in my own direction. That bold streak didn't hold me back; eventually, it sharpened my understanding of how real leadership and strategy work. It's the reason I pursued my PhD and why I've spent the last seven years helping students tackle tough academic tasks and boost confidence.
