Self-assessment is one of the most important factors to increase the self-sufficiency that affects professional career development. Self-assessment guides an individual to recognize the shortcomings as well as strengths in individual self as well as provides an opportunity to rectify the factors and strengthens the positive quality. For personal as well as professional career improvement, the individual objective setting is very important. According to Wang et al. Taking responsibility

During my professional career, I have taken some responsibility and sometimes it becomes good and sometimes it was not successful. Last year, my organization arranged a business meeting where several domestic and international companies joined and my responsibility was to communicate with the managers of the organization to join in this business meeting (Wilson et al. (2018) for that purpose, I have done quite well and most of the organization attended the meeting. In contrast, a few months ago our organization has taken a big project that provides a great responsibility to execute the project. For that purpose, I have not provided my best performance and to maintain the quality of the project I missed the deadline of the project. From that project, I have learned several meaningful factors of the corporate world that are very important for developing the professional career of an individual (Sabe et al. 2020). From that project, I have learned that I need to work on my time-management skills as well as risk management skills. Apart from that, my verbal communication skills should need to be improved to progress in my professional development plan.

Working inclusively

Inclusive work practice is an important factor in the professional career and adjustment with other teammates as well as subordinates makes the professional career success. To manage the project, I must work with different people belonging to different cultures and during that period, I have learned the importance of inclusive work cultures. During this project, there was o discrimination in the context of sex and social and religious factors. Apart from that, the inclusive work practice makes the work process smooth as well as the communication level among the teammates was also good. The inclusive work practice guides to recognize of the emotional state of employees that increases the healthy relationship among the workers. Apart from that, the inclusive work culture guides to the motivation of the employees that have a positive impact on the self-efficiency of the employees which leads to business productivity enhancement (Spicer, 2020).

During the project, inclusive work practice guides me to communicate with the stakeholders effectively and manage the resources management.

Reflection 2:

Time management is another strategy of mine for doing the project and developing the career development plan. To increase my time management skill, I distribute the task into different units of a project and teach them the way of proceeding with the task during the initial period of the project.

Reflection 3:

The next strategy of mine is to increase my risk management skills. To improve my risk management skills, I closely observe the project work and maintain good communication skills. Proper survey and repetitive monitoring guide me to develop my risk- management skills.

Reflection 4:

Decision-making skills are another important skill that I need to improve for the development of my professional skills. As per the view of Wang et al. (2021) n order to, increase my decision-making skills I need to properly recognize the potential problems of the project and my professional experience also guides me a lot to enhance my decision-making skills.
