This research study deals with how academic performance and social interaction can improve students' health education. Further, to identify the exact concept of the topic, there will be an interviews and questionnaire survey which will be done to know the improvement in student's health education. Moreover, the potential research data will allow the students and every other individual to know the essential aspects of academic performance and social interaction in improving students' educational performance. The research will trace the importance of gamification as a means of social communication (Sepp et al. 2019).

This research has the analysis of practical information, several ways to improve academic participation and performance of the health students will be communicated based on relevant theories. A relevant theory has been discussed in this research work. “Baddeley & Hitch's WM model" is a memory work-based model that basically works like a multi-part system method and each of the system work for a different function (Demir, 2021). Each part has the only one able to process the component of the system. Baddeley states that functions are independent of each other (Fletcher, 2017). This model was proposed in 1974 to present an accurate model for primary memory. Working memory works on the splits of primary memory into several components. There are three components that have been proposed by Hitch and Baddeley. Those are the executive of the central, phonological loop, and the visuospatial sketchpad. Central executives refer to flexible parts that are responsible for regulation and control of the cognitive processes. Therefore, it can be said that the Baddeley & Hitch model is one of the important models to understand the relevant findings of behavioral changes (Science direct, 2021).

It directs the targets and focuses information, making the long-term memory and working memory work together (Demir, 2021). This system follows some functions those are coding and updating information and old pieces of information are replacing, slave systems coordination, shifting between the retrieval and task strategies, suppressing dominant and inhibition, and selective attention. It helps to identify the components of working memory and language in a more constructive way (Baddeley et al. 2021). Therefore, it became a relevant theory for this study and it has included in the in detailed manner. Phonological loop consists of two important parts: a phonological store with short-term service, and components of articulator rehearsal which have the ability to revive all the memory traces. A visuospatial sketchpad is an aspect where memory can be stored for a short time (Mohajan, 2018). This sketchpad holds visual information which is used for manipulation. It has its own storage for the working memory which does not need any short-term process as the phonological loop. All the components help to create the work memory model that was used in this research work.

 The research will also evaluate the importance of a motivated state of mind through competition. Further, this research study will help the researchers increase their knowledge and further development through social interaction and academic performance. Students and readers will identify the effectiveness of academic performance and the different role of social interaction to improve their education in the health sector. How healthy competition among the health students can improve the academic performance of the students will also be evaluated in this research.
