Along with that, I have also mentioned then few major courses that will be taken from LinkedIn and any other sources that will allow me to gain several skills that will help to build a good reputation as well. As per CPD, I have also shown that I have developed many skills that will help me to build the right position and what is its image. The engagement has also been done through several elements of EDI which indicates equality diversity as well and inclusion which has helped me in building competition level along with that it has how to me in bringing positive changes within my behaviour and allowed me to treat each person in an equal way (Admiraal et al, 2021).
